摘要
针对矿井深部延伸带来的矿压显现、前掘后修、制约生产的问题,依据锚杆支护理论,以云驾岭矿为例,探索高应力松软煤层巷道支护技术。通过优化支护参数,提高支护强度,优化锚索加固、底板注浆锚索加固、煤帮化学注浆等工艺,对巷道进行全空间加固,达到了有效支护巷道、发展锚杆支护技术目的。
Based on strata behaviors, repairing after digging, restricting production problems due to mine deep extension, according to the bolt support theory, Yunjialing Mine was taken as an example, high stress soft coal seam roadway support technology was explored, through optimizing support parameters, improving the support strength, optimizing anchor cable reinforcement, bottom grouting anchor cable reinforcement and coal chemical grouting technology, achieved efficient support roadway and bolt support technology development.
