摘要
基于目前单一的防灭火技术应用效果有限,很难有效控制工作面推进过程中的煤炭自燃。为保证赛尔四矿B901综放工作安全回采,根据B901工作面现场实际情况,对赛尔四矿B901工作面综合防灭火技术工艺进行了研究。提出并设计了注氮防灭火、阻化剂防灭火以及注浆防灭火技术,通过束管监测系统监测发现,回采过程中B901工作面回风隅角CO浓度保持在10×10-6以下,保证了B901工作面的安全回采。
Based on the single fire-fighting technology application effect was limited, It was difficult to effectively control coal spontaneous combustion in the process of working face advancing. To protect the safety of productive process in B901 fully mechanized caving face of No.4 Mine in Saier, based on the actual situation of B901 working face, the comprehensive fire-fighting technology of B901 working face was studied. The fire-fighting technology of nitrogen injection, inhibitor, grouting was raised and designed. Through the duct monitoring analysis, it was found that CO concentration the of B901 working face return airflow corner in exploitation process was under 10×10^-6, which ensured the safe mining of B901 working face.
