摘要
以亨健公司二采区复采巷道施工为例,针对地质资料不完整、顶板破碎压力大等问题,对复杂地质条件下巷道施工进行研究。通过论证施工影响因素,提出了可行性方案。通过优化巷道施工顺序、支护选型、地质影响因素控制等技术,掌握了复杂条件下巷道掘进规律,改进了施工工艺,确保复采区复杂条件下巷道安全快速掘进,提高煤炭的采出率,减少资源浪费。
The second mining area after-mining roadway construction in Hengjian company was taken as an example, based on incomplete geologic information, large roof broken pressure and other problems, the roadway construction under complicated geological conditions was studied. Through optimizing roadway construction sequence, support selection and geological factor control and other technology, roadway drivage law under complicated condition was mastered, which improved construction technology, ensured the safe and speed of roadway under complex mining conditions, improved the coal recovery rate, reduced the waste of resources.
