摘要
分别从结晶罐罐体结构设计和搅拌系统设计2个方面对药厂结晶罐进行了分析,确定了罐几何尺寸(直径为1200mm,高度为1200mm,换热面积为5.8m^2)、换热装置、搅拌轴转速控制为0~60r/min,搅拌叶轮的型式选为锚式浆,搅拌系统功率为5.5kW,使生成的晶粒大小符合要求,提高了产品的回收率和产品质量,防止了减速机、电机过载,搅拌桨刚性变形。
With a crystallizer (diameter is 1 200 mm, height of cylinder was 1 200 mm, heat transfer area is 5.8 m^2) in pharmaceutical factory as an example, the design of crystallizer structure and agitation system were analyzed. The conventional jacket was used as heat exchanger structure, and the anchor was chosen as the stirring impeller. The rotational speed of anchor should be in 0-60 r/min and mixing power should be 5.5 kW when grain size met its requirement. Over-load of speed reducer and electric motor were prevented, and rigid deformation of anchor was reduced. The product yield and quality were improved.
