卧式圆筒热风炉在Shell煤气化中的应用

Application of the Horizontal Cylinder Stove in Shell Pulverized-coal Gasification Process

介绍了Shell干煤粉加压气化工艺中煤粉制备单元,卧式圆筒热风炉的基本参数、作用、主要部件和工作原理。结合中原大化生产实践,对热风炉爆燃、点火故障、驰放气投用对工况的影响和正常运行时工况易波动等问题,分析原因,并且提出了解决措施。检修期间对设备燃烧室内耐火材料、燃料气环型辅助烧嘴、炉体热膨胀补偿承插结构进行检查,运行至今整体良好。该热风炉操作简便,维护方便,热效率高,使用寿命长,较适合在壳牌煤气化中用作煤粉的干燥。

The pulverized coal preparation units of Shell Coal Gasification Process was depicted.The basic parameters, function, major component and principle of operation of hot blast stove of horizontal cylinder were discussed. Combining the production practices of Zhongyuan Chemical Group,the influence of detonation, ignition fault and purge gas on operating mode and some problems for example,the operation undulated easily at normal running,were analyzed, and the solutions were put forward.During recondition, the refractory material of combustion chamber, auxiliary burner of combustion gas, thermal expansion compensation socket structure of furnace were checked, the results were satisfactory. The hot blast stove was easy and simple to handle and maintenance, having high heat efficiency and long lifespan, and be suitable for pulverized coal drying process of Shell Coal Gasification Process.
