煤矿机电安全管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Coal Mine Electromechanical Safety Management

随着矿山机电设备机械自动化水平的不断提高,煤矿机电设备安全管理工作占据着越来越重要的位置。目前,煤炭企业机电安全管理中存在诸如超负荷生产与设备的老化、管理监督松弛、专业的高素质人才缺乏等问题,影响了煤矿企业的发展。提出煤矿企业要加大设备投入和更新换代力度,加强机电设备安全管理队伍建设,提高机电监察深度与力度,以保证煤矿企业生产安全,提高企业生产效率。

With the constant improvement of the automation level of the mine electromechanical equipments, the coal mine electromechanical equipment safety management occupies a more and more important position. At present,in the coal enterprises electromechanical safety management, there are some problems including overload production and equipment aging, lax management and supervision ,lack of professional high-quality talents, which impact on the development of coal mining enterprises. It was pointed out that coal mining enterprises should increase investments in equipment and upgrading efforts, strengthen the construction of electrical and mechanical equipment safety management team, improve the depth and strength of electromechanical monitoring in order to ensure production safety of coal mining enterprises and improve enterprise efficiency.
