臭氧氧化法深度处理头孢合成废水二级出水 被引量:3

摘要 采用臭氧氧化法对头孢合成废水二级出水进行深度处理,通过正交和单因素实验得出最佳反应条件为:反应时间为30 min、臭氧通量为21.54 mg/min和初始反应pH值为10.0,在此条件下COD去除率达到54.83%,COD可降到112.93 mg/L,满足《化学合成类制药行业水污染排放标准》(GB21903—2008)。反应符合一级动力学反应方程。 Ozone oxidation treatment of second-grade effluent of cephalosporins wastewater was investigated. By means of orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments, the optimal operating conditions for the advanced treatment by ozone oxidation were as follows: 30 min of reaction time, 21.54 mg/L of ozone flux and 10.0 of initial pH value. Under this condition, the highest COD removal were 54.83% and COD could be dropped to 112.93 mg/L, meeting for the"Chemical synthetic pharmaceutical industry water pollution discharge standard" (GB21903-2008). The reaction was conformed to the first order kinetics reaction equation.
