摘要
采用一个实例工程的铝熔铸生产作为研究对象,对其熔铸工艺的各个工序的能耗情况进行研究,计算了各个工序的能量利用情况,从而确定铝熔铸生产中能够有效节能的环节,提出了铝熔铸生产中各个工序的节能措施。希望有助于现行用能系统的调整及生产工艺的改善,以达到能源利用的最优化。
Aluminum casting production of a sample project was taken as the research ob- ject. After the energy consumption of each process of melting and casting was researched and the energy utilization of each process was calculated, the links which could save energy effec- tively were found out and the energy-saving measures of each process of the melting and cast- ing production were put forward, to facilitate the process modification and improvement of the current energy consumption system, and to optimize the energy utilization.
