摘要
为了改善电脑散热器用铝材的力学及工艺性能,采用电子拉伸机、涡流导电仪等,研究了添加稀土Y和Al-Ti-B及Zr等对铝材导电性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:稀土Y和Al-Ti-B及Zr等的加入都会明显提高铝的抗拉强度,Zr元素的加入对其导电性明显不利,但当同时加入稀土、Al-Ti-B及Zr时,铝材的综合性能得到明显改善。分析了各元素的作用机制,并通过优化试验,得出含稀土Y、Al-Ti-B、Zr质量分数分别为0.25%、0.4%、0.3%的铝材综合性能较好。
In order to improve the mechanical and processing properties of the computer radiator aluminum, effect of rare earth Yttrium, Al-Ti-B and Zr additions on the mechanical properties and conductivity of the radiator aluminum was investigated by the electronic tensile machine and the vortexing machine. The results show that Yttrium, Al-Ti-B and Zr could improve the tensile strength of aluminum, however, Zr decreased its conductivity greatly. But being added with rare earth Yttrium, A1-Ti-B and Zr simultaneously, the overall performance of aluminum could be improved greatly. After analyzing the effect mechanism of rare earth Yt- trium,Al-Ti-B and Zr and optimizing the experiment, it was found that the overall perform- ance of aluminum would be the best when added with 0.25% Y,0.4% Al-Ti-B ,and 0.30% Zr.
