摘要
文章从管理学角度,通过问卷调查和访谈法,分析了中国人民大学兼职班级辅导员的激励效果现状及影响因素,找出影响大学生兼职辅导员激励效果的各类要素和辅导员心理期望之间的关系,对高校兼职辅导员的管理、激励提出建议。
From the perspective of management science,this paper examines questionnaire surveys and interviews the extrinsic motivation of part time advisors from Renmin University of China and the in-fluencing factors in the hope of finding the relationships between the various motivators and the advi-sors'psychological expectations so universities can better manage and motivate part time advisors.
