摘要
在对上海大学研究生党支部书记和党员广泛调研的基础上,分析当前研究生党支部书记的选拔任用存在的问题:重能力轻品行、缺乏科学性,培养过程重使用轻指导、存在随意性,考核评价重形式轻结果、缺乏实效性,因此,高校应从选拔、培养、考核、激励四个环节,着力加强研究生党支部书记队伍建设。
Based on extensive surveys of graduate student Party Branch secretaries and Party mem-bers,this paper examines the problems with the selection and appointment of Student Party Branch secretaries in the graduate school.It points out that the selecting is not scientific because too much emphasis is laid on ability and too little on conduct,that the training process is random and arbitrary because less than enough guidance is provided and that the performance evaluation is not effective be-cause the form is stressed rather than the result.To build a good team of graduate student Party Bran-ches secretaries,universities must do a better job in selecting,training,evaluating and motivating them.
