乡村文化载体建设探析

乡村文化载体是乡村文化建设的重要组成部分,是乡村文化存在的基础,它在乡村文化和农民之间起着联结作用。近年来乡村文化虽然迅速发展,但其载体建设意识淡薄、载体建设发展失衡、人才队伍匮乏以及缺少乡土特色等问题依然存在。因此,要推动乡村文化的快速发展,还应在乡村文化载体建设方面着力:提高乡村文化载体建设的意识和认同度;以农村文化市场为导向,引入多方投资机制,均衡发展多元载体;重视开展日常群众性文艺活动和传统节庆活动;突出人才队伍载体建设;融入地域乡土特色,发展特色乡土旅游文化。

As an important part and the foundation of rural cultural construction , rural cultural carriers play the role in connecting rural culture and farmers .In recent years , the rural culture develops rapidly , but many problems still exist, such as the weak consciousness of construction of cultural carriers , the imbalance in the development of its construction , the lack of talent team and local features .Therefore , to promote the rapid development of rural culture , every effort to construct rural culture carriers should be made：awakening people ’ s consciousness of rural culture carriers construction;introducing multiple investment mechanisms which guided by the rural cultural mar-ket;attaching great importance to carry out daily mass cultural activities and traditional festival activities ;quicken-ing team construction and taking advantages of the vernacular features to build characteristic local tourism culture .
