针灸对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤NF-κB信号通路影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察针灸对脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠脑皮层组织中核因子-κB(NF-κB)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达,探讨针灸治疗脑损伤的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为4组,分别为正常组、模型组、假手术组、针灸组。模型组和针灸组采用改良线栓法建立模型。用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测TNF-α及NF-κB表达。结果:正常组及假手术组缺血侧大脑皮层组织TNF-α、NF-κB均表达较少,二者之间没有显著差异(P>0.05);模型组同正常组比较有差异,P<0.05;针灸组与正常组、模型组比较有差异,P<0.05。结论:针灸可以降低脑缺血组织中由NF-κB信号介导的促炎性细胞因子TNF-α的释放,从而减缓其介导的炎症反应过程,减少脑损害。 Objective: To observe the effect of eye acupuncture on NF-κB and TNF-α and discuss the influence of eye acupuncture treating brain damage. Method : The rats were divided into four groups: normal group, sham-operated group, model group, eye acupuncture group. The expressions of NF- κB and TNF- α were detected through ELISA method. Result : In the normal and sham-operated groups, the expressions of NF- κB and TNF- α were low, and there was no difference ( P〉0.05 ). There were differences between normal group and model group (P〈O.05). There were differences between eye acupuncture group and model group. Conclusion: Eye acupuncture could reduce the expression of TNF- α by NF- κB signal pathway and put the inflammatory response off and relieve the brain damage.
