斑蝥酸钠对肝癌细胞SMMC-7721周期、凋亡及端粒酶影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究斑蝥酸钠注射液(Disodium cantharidinate)对体外培养的肝癌细胞SMMC-7721增殖、凋亡及端粒酶的影响。方法:运用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态,采用MTT法检测细胞增殖情况,流式细胞仪检测细胞的周期和凋亡情况,Elisa试剂盒检测端粒酶。结果:斑蝥酸钠注射液能明显抑制肝癌细胞SMMC-7721增殖,促使其凋亡,并能使其端粒酶浓度明显降低。结论:降低肝癌细胞SMMC-7721端粒酶浓度,抑制其增殖,促使其凋亡可能是斑蝥酸钠抗肿瘤作用的主要机制之一。 Objective : To study the effect of disodium cantharidinate on the proliferation, apoptosis and telomerase of SMMC-7721. Methods : MTT, Flowcytometry and ELISA were used. Results : Disodium cantharidinate can inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721, promote its apoptosis percentage and reduce its telomerase concentration. Conclusion : Reducing the telomerase concentration, inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis may be the mechanisms of disodium cantharidinate on treatment of tumor.
