痤疮(acne vulgaris)是一种青春期常见的毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性疾病,表现为粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿和瘢痕,好发于面、背、胸等富含皮脂腺的部位。该病为临床常见的皮肤病,病程缓慢,易于复发。复方痤疮胶囊(CAC)处方由白芷、升麻、青皮、知母、益母草、山楂组成。该方具有辛散表郁、理气活血、清热消食的作用。临床针对"热""瘀""郁"导致的郁热毒邪内蕴皮肤型寻常痤疮有确切且稳定的疗效。该课题复制了大鼠耳背痤疮模型,并进行了抗炎、体外抗菌、急性毒性实验等药理实验,验证了复方痤疮胶囊的有效性和安全性,为实际临床应用提供了依据和指导。综合以上实验结果,认为CAC治疗痤疮有效,且无明显毒副作用。

Acne vulgaris is a chronic pilosebaceous inflammatory disease which is commonly seen during adolescent age. Its manifests are acne, papule, pustule, nodule, cystis or scar, usually located in areas rich in sebaceous glands, such as face, back and chest. The disease has a slow course and is easy to recur. Compound Acne Capsule （ CAC ）acts to disperse exterior constraint, regulate qi, invigorate blood, clear heat and promote digestion. It has an exact and stable curative effect in treating ordinary acne of depressed heat and toxicity accumulation pattern caused by heat, stasis and depression. The research duplicated rat acne model and did anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial experiments to prove the efficacy and safety of CAC, providing evidence and guidance for clinical practice. CAC was effective in treating acne with no obvious toxic effects.
