中药保护血管内皮活性成分及作用机制研究

Studies on Mechanism of Active Ingredients Improve Vascular Endothelial Function in Traditional Chinese Medicine

内皮功能的损伤是多种心血管疾病的始动和关键环节。多种中药成分可明显改善血管内皮功能。黄酮类、生物碱、多酚类等中药成分通过抑制血管内皮细胞凋亡、调节该细胞的氧化应激状态与白细胞的黏附性、调节血管紧张度及血液凝集状态等发挥对血管内皮功能的保护作用。该文总结了近5年来中药保护血管内皮细胞的活性成分及研究进展,期望对该领域的研究提供新思路。

Endothelial function injury is the original power and the key link of cardiovascular disease. A variety of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve endothelial function. By inhibiting vascular endothelial cell apoptosis, regulating the cellular oxidative stress, leukocyte adhesion, regulating vascular tone and blood coagulation status, falconoids, alkaloids, polyphenolic and other Chinese medicine can protect the vascular endothelial cells. This paper summarizes the active ingredient of Chinese medicine and process on protecting vascular endothelial cells over the past five years to nrovide new ideas in this field.
