胃癌证候特征与外周血Survivin、HMGB1相关性研究

Study on Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Characteristics of Gastric Cancer and Survivin and HMGB1 in Peripheral Blood

目的：探索胃癌中医学证候特征与外周血Survivin mRNA、HMGB1 mRNA表达之间的相关性。方法：运用证素辨证的方法,对临床50例胃癌确诊患者行中医证素辨证,分析其病位证素、病性证素的频数频率和积分,并检测外周血Survivin mRNA、HMGB1 mRNA表达水平。结果：50例胃癌确诊的患者中,高积分证素为胃、脾、气虚、痰、瘀、毒。在胃癌病位证素中,胃、脾与Survivin mRNA、HMGB1 mRNA的相关系数r都大于0.6,与肝、肾、心的相关系数r在0.3-0.5,与肺的相关系数r小于0.3;在胃癌病性证素中,Survivin mRNA、HMGB1 mRNA与气虚、痰、瘀、毒的相关系数r都大于0.6,与气滞、阴虚、湿浊、阳虚、血寒、血虚的相关系数r在0.3-0.5,与火、水、食滞的相关系数r在0.3以下。结论：胃癌与胃、脾、气虚、痰、瘀、毒密切相关,并与外周血Survivin mRNA、HMGB1 mRNA水平存在显著的相关性。

Objective ： To explore the correlation between TCM syndrome characteristics of gastric cancer and Survivin and HMGB1 in the peripheral blood. Methods ： 50 cases of patients with gastric cancer were differentiated by applying syndrome elements differentiation, and the frequency and cumulative score of syndrome elements with disease location and nature were analyzed, and levels of peripheral blood Survivin mRNA, HMGB1 mRNA were detected. Results ： Syndrome elements of high cumulative score in 50 cases of patients with gastric cancer were stomach, spleen, qi deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis and poison. In syndrome elements of disease location, all correlation coefficients between Survivin mRNA, HMGB1 mRNA and stomach and spleen were greater than 0.6, and those between liver, kidney, heart were 0.5-0.3, and those between lung were less than 0.3. In syndrome elements with disease nature, all correlation coefficients between Survivin mRNA, HMGB1 mRNA and qi deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, poison were greater than 0.6, and those between qi stagnation, yin deficiency, turbid damp, yang deficiency, blood cold, blood deficiency were 0.3-0.5, and those between fire, water, dyspeptic retention were less than 0.3. Conclusion ： The incidence of gastric cancer is closely related to stomach, spleen, qi deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis and poison, which are significantly correlated with peripheral blood Survivin mRNA and HMGB1 mRNA.
