摘要
在古代文献中,凭籍脉象确定病位者不在少数。古代医家常把尺脉异常作为疾病定位在肾的依据。《素问·脉要精微论》记载:"左右尺脉沉取无力为肾虚"。本文以33例健康老年人为研究对象,通过脉诊分析研究老年人尺脉脉象特点并将其分类,然后询问各自肾虚症状的有无,进行统计分析,从而在临床实际中验证了尺脉与肾虚的相关性;并且通过临床实际治疗证实了尺脉随着肾虚治疗的变化而变化,从而揭示了尺脉与肾虚治疗变化的动态关系。这对于今后以尺脉预测肾虚症状的有无及指导临床治疗有参考意义。
In ancient classics, there are many examples of diagnosing diseases by pulses. In ancient times, the abnormal Chi pulse often indicates the kidney diseases. It was said that weak pulse in right and left Chi pulse indicated the kdieny deficiency in the classics. 33 healthy elder people were as the subjects in this study. By analysis, the correlation between Chi pulse and kidney deficiency was proved, providing clinical reference for the clinical diagnosis in the future.
