食疗方合穴位敷贴治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

Clinical Observation Diet Therapy Combined with Acupoints Application on Chronic Urticaria

目的：观察药食两用方息敏颗粒结合穴位敷贴治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：70例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。治疗组采用中药穴位敷贴结合口服息敏颗粒,穴位敷贴每10 d 1次,每次4-5 h,3次为1个疗程,连续使用2个疗程;对照组口服氯雷他定分散片,连续用药2个月,服药30 d和60 d时进行疗效判定,比较两组患者瘙痒程度、风团数目、风团大小、风团出现次数、风团持续时间。结果：治疗组和对照组30 d时疗效相当,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;60 d时治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：息敏颗粒结合穴位敷贴治疗慢性荨麻疹短期内疗效与氯雷他定分散片相当,随着时间的延长,其治疗组的远期疗效开始显现出来,从而降低复发率。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Ximin particles and acupoints application in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods ： 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each. Treatment group were treated by aeupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Ximin particles. Acupoint application was given once every 10 days,4-5 hours for each time and 3 times was a course of treatment, lasing for 2 courses. The control group took loratadine dispersible tablets orally for 2 months. The efficscy of medication for 30 days and 60 days and the degree of itching were determined. Urticaria, wheal size, number of wheals occuuences and duration were compared. Results ： The treatment group and the control group＇s efficacy at day 30 had no significant differenc, e （ P〉0.05 ） and the efficacy at day 60 in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group and the difference has statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Ximin particles combined with acupoints application in the treatment of chronic urticaria has the same effect as desloratadine and along with the extension of time, the long-term effect of the treatment group begins to appear so as to reduce the recurrence rate.
