Comprehensive Utilization of High-quality Nursing Service in Hospital Administration

目的:研究优质护理服务在医院管理中的综合应用。方法:将我院在2012年4月—2014年1月间收治的56例患者作为研究对象,对比患者护理前后的护理满意度。在该次护理中包含很多对以往护理服务理念进行改革的内容,将护理责任制度落实,并对核心制度不断完善,有利于规范护理技巧的具体流程。结果:实施优质护理后的护理满意度、护理管理水平取得了较大提升,护理满意度明显优于实施优质护理前,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理有利于落实护理技巧,实现医院的规范化管理,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To study the comprehensive utilization of high-quality nursing service in hospital administration. Method： The subjects were 56 inpatients of our hospital admitted from April 2012 to January 2014. We compared patients＇ pre-nursing satisfaction with that of post-nursing. This model includes some innovated nursing theory. We carried out nursing responsibility system, and improved the core system, which benefited standardizing the specific process of nursing technique. Result： After we carried out this nursing model, the patients＇ nursing satisfaction and nursing administration level have heen improved a lot. We＇ve got significant difference of nursing satisfaction, which had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： High-quality nursing service benefits the implementation of nursing skills and realizing the standardization of hospital administration, which deserves clinical spreading.
