摘要
目的:研究优质护理服务在医院管理中的综合应用。方法:将我院在2012年4月—2014年1月间收治的56例患者作为研究对象,对比患者护理前后的护理满意度。在该次护理中包含很多对以往护理服务理念进行改革的内容,将护理责任制度落实,并对核心制度不断完善,有利于规范护理技巧的具体流程。结果:实施优质护理后的护理满意度、护理管理水平取得了较大提升,护理满意度明显优于实施优质护理前,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理有利于落实护理技巧,实现医院的规范化管理,值得临床推广。
Objective : To study the comprehensive utilization of high-quality nursing service in hospital administration. Method: The subjects were 56 inpatients of our hospital admitted from April 2012 to January 2014. We compared patients' pre-nursing satisfaction with that of post-nursing. This model includes some innovated nursing theory. We carried out nursing responsibility system, and improved the core system, which benefited standardizing the specific process of nursing technique. Result: After we carried out this nursing model, the patients' nursing satisfaction and nursing administration level have heen improved a lot. We've got significant difference of nursing satisfaction, which had statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion : High-quality nursing service benefits the implementation of nursing skills and realizing the standardization of hospital administration, which deserves clinical spreading.
