摘要
食品安全问题是当前的一个热点问题,近几年来"苏丹红""瘦肉精""三氯氰胺""砷"等食品安全问题屡见不鲜。保障食品安全是服务型政府实现目标的主要职能之一。食品安全问题不仅是政治问题,关乎国家的安全和社会的稳定,同时也是一个重要的经济问题。该文将对食品安全进行一般理论分析,通过阐述影响食品安全的各种因素,构建解释结构模型来分析各种因素之间的关系,同时分析找出解决食品安全问题的对策。
The problem of food safety is a presently hot topic in China today. In recent years, the phenomena of tonyred, clenobuterolhydroehloride, melmnine and arsenic are extremely common.' And food safety is the goal of service-oriented government, which is to achieve one of the main functions. Food safety is not only a political issue related to national seenrity and social stability, but also an economic problem. This dissertation makes the general theories analysis for the food safety by describing the various factors affecting food securily and builds interpretive structural model to analyze the relationship between various factors. Meanwhile, it is to identify measures to address food safety issues.
