小卵泡排卵是近年临床中发现的一种病理现象,并没有明确的诊断及治疗标准,相应的治疗手段也较少,常被归结为排卵障碍性疾病一类,且作为其中分布比例较小的一类存在,而很少作为单独的一个疾病或者病理类型来治疗,但经B超监测,小卵泡排卵患者数量远较文献中所报道的多,因此,针对小卵泡排卵的治疗进行临床研究是很有必要的,相信这是一个很有意义的课题。

Small follicle ovulation is a pathological phenomenon found in clinic recently. The disease has no clear diagnostic criteria and treatment standards, accordingly, the treatment therapy is fewer. This disease could rarely he regarded as a single disease or pathology to he treated, hut always be attributed to and treated as ovulation disorders disease. But the B-ultrasound test confirmed that the numher of patients with small follicular ovulation was far more than those reported in the literature, and thus clinical studies for the treatment of small follicular ovulation are necessary and of important significance.
