缜密审核医嘱 促进合理用药

Analysis of Clinical Pharmacists' Checking and Intervening of Medical Orders

对呼吸科2012年1月~2013年4月临床药师对医嘱审核、干预的病例162例次进行统计分析。发现医嘱干预中患者好转的有114例（占70.37%）,涉及的医嘱干预方式有药物用法用量、药物选择、药物溶媒、配伍禁忌、药物不良反应、给药时间等,体现了临床药师的专业作用。

A total of 162 cases of medical orders has been checked and intervened by clinical pharmacists in a respiratory department from January 2012 to April 2013.Among the 162 cases,114 cases（70.37%） got better.The means of intervention include：drug usage and dosage intervention,intervention of drug selection,drug solvent,drug compatibility,drug adverse reactions and drug delivery time,which fully embodies the role of clinical pharmacists.
