摘要 可重复使用的抱杆自立式跨越架,是一组输电线路放线的新机具,也是一种放线施工方法的创新。抱杆自立式跨越架的应用,减少了现场搭设带电跨越架拉线及施工配合上的依赖;减少了占地、拉线、可能造成地下管线损坏等的使用费用;减少了现场搭设毛竹架或搭设钢管架的施工离散性风险,提高了导线和地线跨越施工的安全性。采用抱杆自立式跨越架放线,充分利用了现有抱杆强度高和抗载能力强的特性,凸显出跨越架整体结构稳定,对拉线依赖性小的特点,不仅提高工器具的重复使用率,大大降低生产成本,而且由于机械化组装速度快,可以用于应急抢修等多种施工场合,具有推广应用的价值。 The repetitive useable self supporting type spanning frame with derrick is not only a group of new designed tools for transmission line construction, but also an innovation method to span string. In fact it starts a new power transmission era. The application of the repetitive useable self supporting type spanning frame has following remarkable advantages: 1) "Standing" means do not need stay wires any more. Instead it can avoid using stay wires to fix the crossing frame. 2)Reducing the use cost caused by the crossing frame, stay wires occupying the ai'ea of land and destroy the underground wires. 3) Compared with traditional way of pipe or bamboo span string, new tools reduce the discrete risk and improve security. The standing crossing frame with derrick optimizes the high derrick's strength and anti-carrying capacity. In addition it highlights the overall structural strong stability and hardly relies on stay wire. Assembling standing crossing frame can help to in- crease reuse rate of the derrick for tower erection which substantially save the cost of construction and acceler- ate the mechanize construction speed. So it can be used in various situations like emergency rescue etc. In sum- mary, it's worth popularizing and application.
