Rapid Detection and Evaluation on Tunnel Lining Construction Quality

隧道衬砌质量是隧道稳定及安全运营的关键因素,而衬砌结构受力特性较为复杂,容易出现病害,因此隧道衬砌施工质量尤为重要。采用地质雷达法重点对隧道衬砌质量进行快速检测,得到衬砌内部空洞或不密实等异常部位,并对隧道衬砌厚度进行检测,对隧道衬砌混凝土施工质量进行评价。

Tunnel lining quality is the key factor for tunnel stable and safe operation, and the mechanical characteristic of lining structure is relatively complex and it is easy to have hidden danger. Therefore, tunnel lining construction quality is very important. Rapid detection is done mainly to tunnel lining quality by geological radar method to find the abnormal parts such as cavity inside lining or leakiness. And tunnel lining thickness shall be tested and the construction quality of tunnel lining concrete shall be evaluated.
