摘要
女性人才在医务系统人才队伍中占有重要的地位,是推动医疗卫生事业发展的主力军之一。当前医务女性人才普遍面临着工作强度较高、工作压力大等问题,这些在很大程度上影响着她们的职业满意度。为此,应当通过营造女性成才的宽松氛围、完善激励机制等途径,调动医务女性人才工作积极性,为她们的成长和发展创造一个良好的环境。
Now medical female talents have to face the high working strength and pressure generally, which influence their career satisfaction to a great extent. So we should create fine social environment for them through providing a loose and comfortable surroundings and perfecting motivation mechanisms to improve the medical female talents' enthusiasm.
