摘要
研究生助教是高校本科学生的扩招与高校师资力量之间的矛盾形成的产物,最早形成于18世纪末的哈佛大学。时至今日,在国内研究生助教制仍待完善。文中根据作者的从教经验,以实验教学的角度,分析了本科实验教学对研究生助教的基本要求、研究生助教在本科实验教学中的作用、实践以及目前研究生助教在本科实验教学过程中存在的问题及解决方案,并提出了自己的见解和看法,同时也指明了研究生助教走向良性发展轨道的可行思路。
Graduate assistants are the form of contradictions between undergraduate increasing student enrollment and college teach- ers. The first formed in late eighteenth Century at the Harvard University. Today, the system of graduate assistant is still to be perfec- ted. The basic requirements of experimental teaching for graduate teaching assistants, teaching assistant role and practice, as well as the problems existing in the undergraduate course graduate assistant experiment teaching process and the solution were analyzed accord- ing to the author's experience in experimental teaching. The present study suggested some views and opinions for graduate in experimen- tal teaching of undergraduate, but also pointed out the feasibility of graduate teaching assistants to the benign development track.
