摘要
随着通信与信息行业的高速发展,当今社会对于高质量的通信人才有着很大的需求。文中讨论了电子科技大学通信与信息工程学院通信工程专业发挥学科优势,构建高质量的人才培养体系与教学资源的探索与实践。构建项目包括提升师资队伍的教学水平、打造整体的精品课程体系、构建先进的专业教材系列、改善创新实验平台与借助国际交流促进拔尖人才成长等。通过几年的建设与实践,形成了较高质量的通信工程人才培养体系与更好的教学资源。
Communication talents are largely demanded due to the rapid development of the information and communication indus- tries. This paper discusses the construction of high-quality cultivation system based on the discipline advantages in school of communica- tion and information engineering ot university of electronic and science technology of China. Discussion is given on the promotion of the teaching skills of faculty, building of high-standard curriculum, writing of advanced technical textbooks, improvement of innovative experimental platforms and promotion of outstanding student via international exchanges. With years' practice, a high-quality cultivation system and better teaching resources are formed for the communication engineering specialty.
