摘要
通过分析地理学实验的特点,以及地理学实验室管理及开放运行存在的问题,以安徽师范大学地理实验室开放管理为例,总结了安徽师范大学地理实验室在开放与管理的过程中的经验与思路:通过创新实验管理模式、人才管理模式,制定完备的实验室管理制度,自上而下的保障实验室运行经费,保障了安徽师范大学地理实验室的安全、顺畅的开放运行。
With the implementation of students＇ innovative entrepreneurship training program, the opening operation and management of the geography laboratory must be concerned. By analyzing Anhui Normal University Geography Laboratory management philosophy and approach, we summed up the opening operation problems. Anhui Normal University Geography Laboratory through innovative man- agement mode, changing the sense of service, after several years we gradual improved a currently more effective management methods and ideas, and summarized general ideas in laboratory management.
