一种量测混凝土构件高温变形的简易装置

摘要 现有量测混凝土构件高温变形装置存在的不足之处,主要是试验数据的获取在一定程度上受到混凝土爆裂的影响,以及需要专用的冷却系统。针对这些缺陷,文中设计了一种量测混凝土构件在高温下变形的简易装置,能够很好地弥补现有高温变形量测装置的不足。通过在高温试验中的验证,证明该简易装置安全、可靠,能满足高温试验精度要求。另外,该简易装置安装、操作简单,具有经济、安全、实用、试验数据可靠等优点。 The main deficiencies of the existing measuring device for deformation of concreter during high temperature are the data ac- quisition by the influence of concrete burst in certain degree and the need of special cooling system. To solve these defects, this paper designs a simple device of measuring concrete deformation under high temperature which can make up for the deficiencies of existing measuring deformation device during high temperature. It has been verified by the high temperature test that the simple device is safe, reliable, and meet the accuracy requirement during high temperature test. Additionally, it has the advantages like the simplicity of in- stallation and operation, and it is economical, safe and practical with reliability of test data.
