摘要
椭圆类齿轮是最常用的一种节曲线封闭的非圆齿轮.介绍椭圆类齿轮的基本理论,建立高阶椭圆齿轮的数学模型,在理论分析的基础上,以MATLAB为计算编程工具,编制参数化设计程序完成各类参数校验和数据计算.编制的程序能够根据不同的设计参数快捷精确的生成高阶椭圆齿轮副的啮合数据、节曲线和轮齿参数.
Elliptical gear is a kind of most commonly used non-circular gear with closed pitch curve. Basic theory of elliptic gear was introduced, mathematical model of high-order elliptical gears was established, and based on the theoretical analysis and using MATLAB as programming tools, a parametrization design program was written to complete all kinds of parameter checking and data calculation. According to different design parameters this program could be used to generate meshing data, pitch curve, and tooth shape parameters of high-order elliptical gears fast and accurately.
