电解残极输送系统设计与稳定性分析

摘要 结合某铝厂电解残极输送回收利用中存在的一些问题,根据链传动的特点及通过PLC控制来实现自动化的残极输送,设计出电解残极输送系统,并对输送系统稳定性进行了分析判定.整个输送过程除上下料需要人工辅助完成外,其余过程全部自动化完成,解决了电解残极输送费用高、工人劳动强度大等问题,系统还具有残极堆积存储等功能. Aimed at some problems in electrolytic polar butts conveying and recycling of an aluminum plant, an electrolytic polar butts conveying system was designed according to the characteristics of chain drive and by means of PLC control for realization of automatic butt transport. The whole transportation process was completed automatically except the manual operation of loading and unloading of materials. In addition, the stability of this conveying system was analyzed and judged. Some problems such as the high cost of electrolytic butts conveying and heavy labor intensity, etc were resolved. This system would also have the function of butt accumulating and storing.
