摘要
在分析空气源热泵热水器工作原理的基础上,给出了一种以ATmega16单片机为核心的空气源热泵热水器的变频改造方案,介绍了基于智能功率模块PS21869主电路的设计。试验结果表明,经过改造后的控制系统运行稳定,压缩机实现了低频起动、起停次数减少,水温波动小,有一定的应用价值。
A reform scheme of the variable frequency air source heat pump control system, based on ATmegal6 MCU on the basis of the analysis for air source heat pump was given. The main circuit design based on IPM-PS21869 was introduced. Experimental results showed that the converted control system had stable operation, and compressor starting with a low frequency could be achieved and the fluctuation of the water temperature was smaller. As a result, it had some important application value.
