摘要 可靠性和经济性是发电机组的重要指标。电厂引风机的运行不匹配,会引起设备振动剧烈,影响稳定运行;另外,引风机长期运行于低出力区域,会降低发电机组的经济性。在分析实际工况基础上,通过变频改造,设计了引风机的变频调速系统。经试验,改造后的变频调速不仅消除了匹配差、节能差的问题,还提高了自动控制性能和设备寿命。 Reliability and economy are important indicators of generator set. Not matching operation of the induced draft fans in power plants would cause equipments to vibrate and not operate stably. In addition, induced draft fan working in low output for a long time would reduce the economy of generating set. Based on analyzing the actual working conditions, by frequency conversion renovation, variable frequency speed regulation system of induced draft fan was designed. The test showed variable frequency speed regulation not only eliminated the problem of poor matching and poor energy saving, but also improved the performance of automatic control and equipment life.
