摘要
壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化的产物,它具有无毒、良好的生物相容性和可生物降解等特性,是制备吸附微球的良好材料。改性壳聚糖微球不但具有壳聚糖本身的特点,而且在性能上还有易分离、再生等优点,已经引起了生物、化工、医药工业等研究领域的广泛关注。本文综述了近年来国内外改性壳聚糖微球的制备方法,如乳化交联法、化学交联法、凝聚法等,对其在废水处理方面的应用做了简要的介绍,并对应用前景作了展望。
Chitosan is the N-deactylated derivative of Chitin. It has excellent properties such as non-toxicity, adsorption biocompatibility, biodegraded, etc. which makes it suitable for preparing microsphere adsorbent. Chitosan microspheres have not only characteristics of Chi- tosan, they are also easy to be separated and regenerated. They have attracted researchers in various fields such as biochemical engineering and medicine industrical. In this paper, the preparation methods of chitosan microspheres are reviewed, which include emulsion cross- linking, chemical cross-linking, coacervation and so on. Application of wastewater treatment is also reviewed briefly. These applications of chitosan microspheres were prospected.
