摘要
研制了主动调Q式Nd:YAG激光器倍频产生的532nm激光做为抽运源、Ba(NO3)2晶体作为拉曼晶体的外腔式拉曼激光器,获得了563.6nm、598.7nm、638.6nm的激光输出。实验对激光器参数进行测试和分析,得到一阶光的最大转换效率为30.3%,最大能量1.3mJ;二阶光的最大转换效率为14.6%,最大能量0.6mJ。
An external cavity Raman laser is developed. A LD pumped actively Q-switched Nd:YAG laser is used as the pumping source at 532nm,Ba( NO3 )2 is used as Raman crys- tal. Output wavelengths are 563.6nm, 598.7rim and 638.6nm. The parameter of this Raman laser is measured. The maximum conversion efficiency and output energy of the first-Stokes pulse are 30. 3% and 1.3rnJ. The maximum conversion efficiency and output energy of the second-Stokes pulse are 13.6% and 0. 6mJ.
