摘要
对机械设计中常用的齿轮参数化绘图系统的Lisp二次开发进行了分析,给出了整体功能设计的开发步骤,涵盖了齿轮绘图命令用户界面的自定义方法,基于AutoLisp圆柱齿轮、圆锥齿轮和蜗轮蜗杆参数化绘图命令的设计思路和基本尺寸参数输入方式几个方面;给出了基于DCL语言的单个齿轮零件图和齿轮啮合图的对话框参数输入界面的设计和基于AutoLisp参数化绘图命令二次开发的程序设计方法及关键程序段,并给出具体的应用实例.
In this paper,Lisp secondary development of gear parametric drawing system in machine design was analysed,developing steps for global functional design was given which comprised the self definition method of user interface of gear drawing commands,developing steps of parametric drawing commands of cylindrical,bevel and worm gear and basic dimensions & parameters input method.It was given that the dialogue box DCL definition of parametric entering interface of single gear and mesh drawing,the programme design method of secondary development of parametric drawing commands based on AutoLisp was delivered with some key program sections given,an instance application about gear parametric drawing was made to identify the programme running result.
