基于关联规则的肺肠合病医案用药规律探索 被引量:2

摘要 通过对肺肠合病的不同病位的用药规律进行探讨,运用关联规则算法对古代文献中肺肠合病的医案进行数据挖掘。发现病位在脾胃的医案总数较多,揭示肺与大肠相表里的表现并不局限于两者之间生理病理信息的共享反馈,更多反应在人体内其他脏腑生理病理信息的反馈上存在着同步性。在遣方用药方面,以苇茎汤以及六君子汤的加减应用最为多见,提示湿热病机及脾胃病变在肺肠合病中起到关键的影响作用。 The article explores the medication law of lung-intestine disease on different disease locations , and conducts data mining u-sing association rules algorithm on lung-intestine disease medical cases in ancient literature .We found most cases describing sickness lo-cation at the stomach , which revealed that lung and large intestine performance was not only limited to sharing feedbacks of physiological and pathological information , but also sharing feedback synchronization of reactions to physiological and pathological information of other organs.As for pescription, Weijing decoction and Liujunzi decoction were applied the most , which indicated that damp heat pathogene-sis and stomach lesions plays a key role in the lung and large intestine disease .
