麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法治疗过敏性鼻炎126例

Treatment of 126 Allergic Rhinitis Cases by Modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with Moxibustion

目的：研究麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法对过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效。方法：前后对照研究。选取我院针灸科门诊2009-2012年过敏性鼻炎患者，其中男性患者56例，女性患者70例；年龄20～60岁；病程4～35年。均使用麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法治疗。主要观察指标：喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、眼痒及体征。观察时限：3个月。统计学方法：治疗前与治疗后上述观察指标用均数＆#177;标准差描述，t检验进行统计推断。结果：过敏性鼻炎患者的临床主要症状、体征治疗前后积分差值P＜0.05。结论：麻黄汤加减配合灸法能改善过敏性鼻炎的症状及体征，对过敏性鼻炎的治疗有效。

Objective：We evaluated the efficacy of MaHuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with moxibustion for allergic rhinitis .Meth-ods：Out-patients from 2009 to 2012 were participated in the research , 56 males,70 females, aged between 20 to 60 years old, medical history varying from 4 to 35 years.The patients were given MaHuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction modified according to individual conditions , combined with moxibustion.Main parameters observed：sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, nasal itching, eye itching and body signs.Follow-ups：3months.These parameters were described by average and standard error （x-＆#177;s） and compared by t test.Results：The symptoms and body signs relieved significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Modified MaHuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction com-bined with moxibustion is effective treatment of allergic rhinitis .
