摘要
介绍了饲料中常见的真菌毒素及其危害,国内外饲料原料及产品中真菌毒素的污染情况和监测结果。提出从原料、加工、储藏到用户全过程,饲料中真菌毒素的防控措施与脱毒方法。
The characteristic and hazard of mycotoxins in feed are introduced in the article. Also the pollution of mycotoxins and its detection that exist in the domestic and international feed product is discussed. Prevention, control and detoxication ofmycotoxins measures are proposed in the course of raw material processing and product storage.
