血清亲环素A与急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死关系研究

Relation of cyclophilin A and acute atherothrombotic cerebral infarction

目的联合检测急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者血清亲环素A(CyPA)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达,探讨三者在急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死中的作用。方法观察组为急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者60例,选取我院同期体检证实为健康者60例为对照组。采用ELISA法检测2组患者血清中CyPA及MMP-9浓度,采用乳胶免疫比浊法检测2组血清中hs-CRP浓度,进行统计学分析。结果观察组血清中CyPA、MMP-9和hs-CRP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组患者血清中CyPA与MMP-9浓度呈正相关(r=0.64,P<0.001);观察组患者血清中CyPA与hs-CRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.71,P<0.001);观察组患者血清中MMP-9与hsCRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.61,P<0.001)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清CyPA、MMP-9和hs-CRP浓度显著升高,其可能与患者动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性相关。

Objective To explore the role of cyclophilin A （CyPA）,matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）and high sensi-tive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with acute atherothrombotic cerebral infarction .Methods 60 patients with acute atherothrombotic cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected as an observation group .Meanwhile ,another 60 people confirmed to be healthy by physical examination were selected as a control group .The serum levels of CyPA and MMP-9 were measured by ELISA , and the serum level of hs-CRP was measured by immune colorimetric method .Results The serum CyPA,MMP-9 and hs-CRP concentration in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P＆lt;0.001）.Serum CyPA was correlated positively with serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP in the patients with acute atherothrombotic cer-ebral infarction（r1 =0.64,r2 =0.71,P＆lt;0.001,P＆lt;0.001,respectively ）.Serum MMP-9 was correlated positively with serum hs-CRP in patients with acute atherothrombotic cerebral infarction （r3 =0.61,P＆lt;0.001）,but not people in the control group . Conclusion The increase of serum CyPA ,MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels might be significantly correlated with the stability of ca-rotid plaques .
