摘要
目的探讨Graves'眼病患者治疗前后血清IL-2,IL-18,SOD,LPO和GSH-PX水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法,酶联法和生化法对36例Graves'眼病患者进行了治疗前后血清IL-2,IL-18,SOD,LPO和GSH-PX检测,并与35名健康人做比较。结果 Graves'眼病患者在治疗前血清IL-2,SOD和GSH-PX水平非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),而IL-18 LPO水平又非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。经综合治疗6个月后与正常人比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),血清IL-2水平与SOD、GSH-PX水平呈正相关(r=0.4986,0.5184,P<0.01),而与IL-18、LPO水平呈显著负相关(r值分别为-0.5012,-0.6014,P值均小于0.01)。结论检测Graves'眼病患者血清IL-2,IL-18,SOD,LPO和GSH-PX水平的变化,对了解病情,观察疗效均有一定的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical evaluation of measurement of serum IL-2,IL-18,SOD,LPO and GSH-PX levels before and after treatment in patients with Graves&#39;ophthalmopathy.Methods Serum IL-2,SOD (with RIA),Serum IL-18(with ELISA),Serum LPO,GSH-PX (with biochemistry) levels were determined in 36 patients with Graves&#39;ophthalmopathy after treatment and compared with 36 controls.Results Before treatment, serum IL-2,SOD,LPO,GSH-PX levels were signifi-cantly lower than those in the controls (P&lt;0.01),but serum IL-18,LPO levels were prominently higher than those in the con-trols(P&lt;0.01).6 months after treatment the levels in the patients showed not much difference from the controls (P&gt;0.05). Serum IL-2 level was positively correlated with serum SOD ,GSH-PX levels(r=0.4986 0.5184,P&lt;0.01) and negatively correlated with serum IL-18 and LPO levels (r=-0.5012 -0.6014 P&lt;0.01).Conclusion Detection of serum IL-2, IL-18,SOD,LPO and GSH-PX levels might be significant for understanding conditions and prognosis of patients with Graves &#39;ophthalmopathy and can provide definite clinical values .
