参松养心胶囊治疗室性期前收缩的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsules on ventricular premature beats

目的：分析参松养心胶囊治疗室性期前收缩的疗效与安全性。方法选择室性期前收缩患者80例，随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例），治疗组口服参松养心胶囊每次3粒，每日3次；对照组口服心律平每次25～50 mg，每日3次。疗程均为4周。观察2组患者室性期前收缩减少的总有效率、临床症状改善率及安全性。结果治疗组室性期前收缩减少的总有效率为77．5％，临床症状改善率为82．5％；对照组室性期前收缩减少的总有效率为65．0％，临床症状改善率67．5％。治疗组室性期前收缩减少的总有效率及临床症状改善率均高于对照组，但2组差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论参松养心胶囊与心律平治疗室性期前收缩的作用相似，且用药安全性高于心律平。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Shensongyangxin capsules on patients with ventricu -lar premature beats （ VPB） .Method 80 VPB patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group ,40 in each.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Shensongyangxin capsules ,3 pills once,3 times a day,while patients in the control group were treated with propafenone ,25~50 mg once,3 times a day,with a treatment course of 4 weeks.The pa-tients＆#39;total effective rate ,symptom improvement rate and safety were observed before and after treatment .Results In the treat-ment group, the total effective rate was 77.5%,and the symptom improvement rate 82.5%.In contrast, the control group re-ported a total effective rate of 65.0%and a symptom improvement rate of 67.5%.The indexes of the former were superior to the latter,but no statistical difference was found between the two groups （P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsules on VPB is similar to that of propafenone , but with fewer adverse reactions .
