摘要
针对改性双基推进剂,提出了一种含累积损伤的非线性粘弹性本构模型。该模型基于Schapery含损伤的非线性粘弹性本构模型,由伪应变和非线性系数组成,其中非线性系数是关于累积损伤变量的函数。同时,提出了通过松弛试验和单轴等速拉伸试验获取材料本构参数的方法。通过理论值与试验结果对比,表明该本构模型能较好预测改性双基推进剂等速拉伸及复杂加载条件下的力学响应特性。
A nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation with cumulative damage was proposed to model modified double base propellants.This model is based on Schapery's nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation with damage, and is composed of pseudo- strain and a nonlinear coefficient that is a function of a damage parameter.A method for determining the parameters was introduced, with the parameters obtained through relaxation and uniaxial constant strain rate tension tests.Predictions using the constitutive equa- tion are in good agreement with experimental measurements from constant strain rate tension tests and complex train history tension tests.
