摘要
以提高NEPE推进剂粘合剂体系力学性能为研究目的,从调整NEPE推进剂粘合剂基体交联网络结构的角度,提出了粘合剂配方设计思路,并运用凝胶点预测理论,推导出固化参数计算公式RT=PafI-fI/fH;通过测试不同固化参数的胶片的力学性能,寻找到了凝胶点的经验值为0.80~0.90;同时,通过实例介绍了进行配方设计的步骤,验证了固化参数计算公式的正确性。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of NEPE propellant binder system,from the adjustment of crosslinking network structure of NEPE propellant binder matrix, the binder formulation design was proposed, and using the gel point prediction theory,the curing parameter calculation formula RT=PafI-fI/fH was deduced.By testing the mechanical properties of adhesive with different curing parameters, the experience value of gel point is 0.80 - 0.90 ; meanwhile, through the specific example, the procedures of formulation design were introduced, validating the correctness of curing parameter calculation formula.
