摘要 针对固液混合动力探空火箭对发射前期准备过程、发射过程、飞行过程的时序控制要求,提出了一种固液混合动力探空火箭地面发射时序控制系统。设计并实现了对复位信号、转电信号、地面供电信号、采集系统触发信号、点火器、液路电磁阀、增压电磁阀、辅路吹除电磁阀、主路吹除电磁阀的时序控制系统。以PLC、单片机为核心控制装置,完成了对箭载控制电路的转电、数据采集系统触发、点火发射以及氧化剂吹除的精确时序控制。该系统已成功用于多次固液探空火箭靶场试验,操作简单、稳定性强、可靠性高,完全满足固液动力探空火箭的地面发射要求。 According to the hybrid sounding rocket timing control demands for pre-launching preparation process, emission process and flight course, a ground emission timing control system was proposed for hybrid sounding rocket, a timing control system of reset signal, electricity conversion signal, ground power signal, acquisition system trigger signal, igniter,liquid path electromagnet- ic valve, was pressurization electromagnetic valve, auxiliary way blowing electromagnetic valve and main road blowing electromagnet- ic valve was designed.With PLC and microcontroller as the core control device,an accurate timing control to onboard control circuit power turning, data acquisition system triggering, launching and oxidant blowing was implemented. The system, with advantages of simple operation, good stability and high reliability, has been successfully applied to hybrid sounding rocket range test several times and completely meets hybrid sounding rocket's needs for ground emission.
