学前教育资源空间分布现状与优化——以北京市西城区为例

On the Spatial Distribution of Preschool Education Resources——taking the Xicheng District of Beijing as an example

近年来我国学前教育事业快速发展,学前教育起点公平问题日益受到关注和重视,然而目前针对学前教育资源空间分布的研究还较少。鉴于此,本研究利用GIS中的空间分布工具,以北京市西城区为例,对其幼儿园进行了空间分布分析,结果发现西城区幼儿园分布存在街道差异较大、优质园较为集中等问题。应从合理配置、酌情加大幼儿园服务半径、增加优质园数量或学位数等方面优化幼儿园空间分布。

Preschool education in China has developed rapidly and become an integral part of the education. However the research on the spatial distribution of preschool resources is still inadequate. In this paper, we used the spatial distribution tools by GIS to analysis the spatial distribution of Xicheng District＇s kindergartens. It showed that high-quality kindergartens distribution was too concentrated and the spatial distribution was uneven. It＇s suggested that the kindergartens should be allocated rationally, the kindergarten construction standards should be amended and the proportion of high-quality kindergartens should be improved.
