摘要
幼儿园教师的保育与教育价值观决定着幼儿发展目标的实现,是影响幼儿园保育与教育活动的重要因素。本研究采用问卷调查法,对490名幼儿园教师的保育与教育价值选择进行比较分析,结果发现幼儿园教师对保育的价值判断整体上明显低于对教育的价值判断,并且在幼儿年龄和发展领域间差异显著。幼儿园保育与教育活动应以幼儿生存的共同需要的满足为基本点,幼儿园应通过完善评价机制与课程内容,构建合理的保教价值判断标准,引导幼儿园教师形成正确的价值取向,并修正其价值选择行为。
Conservation and education value conception of preschool teachers decides the realization of children＇s development goal and guides their teaching activities. In this paper, using the method of questionnaire survey, the authors found that kindergarten teachers＇ conservation value judgment was significantly lower than that of education. In order to meet the needs of children development, kindergartens should improve their evaluation mechanism and perfect course content to introduce teachers to correct value orientation and choice behavior.
