摘要
为了保障高质量的儿童早期教育,澳大利亚教育、就业和劳资关系部于2009年颁布了《归属、存在和成长:澳大利亚儿童早期学习框架》。作为该国首次制定针对早期教育工作者的国家课程标准,其出台引起了国内和国际的极大关注。该框架是为了落实早些时候颁布的《儿童早期教育和保育国家质量框架》而制定的,其内容主要由五个实施原则、八大实践方法、五项学习成果组成,体现了关注儿童自我认知构建、强调儿童社会能力培养、聚焦儿童灵性世界养成等显著特点。
In order to ensure high quality early childhood education, Australian Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations(DEEWR) issued Belonging, Being & Becoming: the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia in 2009. As the country' s first national framework of curriculum for early childhood educators, it has aroused great concern domestically and internationally. Based on an overview to its background, the paper sorted out its main elements and features.
