摘要
目的:文章将目标管理的理念运用到三级综合医院医疗指标测算中,深入挖掘了影响医疗指标测算的因素。方法:通过概念操作化并建立指标体系,构建出基于指数平滑法的修正模型,应用模型测算了2013年某医院相关科室的平均住院日、出院人数、手术人次。结果和结论:本模型实现了医院整体目标与科室目标的一致性,有效地规避了测算主观化的问题,并具有动态调节的功能,发挥正向激励的作用。
Objective： The concept of management by objective was applied on medical indexes calculation of tertiary general hospitals, the deep exploring has influenced the factors of medical indexes calculation. Methods： By conceptualization and establishment of indexes system, correction model was established based on smoothing exponential method, The model was applied on estimating average hospitalization, inpatient amount and surgery amount, Results and Conclusion： The model has realized the coincidence between the overall objective of hospitals and the objectives of departments, which effectively avoided the subjective problem of calculation, has the function of dynamic adjustment and plays positive role of motivation.
